This appears to highlight the w:en:Abraj Al Bait, a recent architectural work in a country that does not have a freedom of panorama legal right. Therefore, needs commercial license permission (via COM:VRTS correspondence) from the architect SL Rasch GmbH and Dar Al-Handasah Architects. The file name translates "File:Makkah Clock Tower.jpg," and the file description, " برج الساعة الذي يطل على الكعبة في مدينة مكة," translates as "The clock tower overlooking the Kaaba in the city of Mecca." @De728631, the tower at File:Mecca at night.jpg is out of focus (not central), thus I see no problems that may infringe architects' economic rights. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 17:16, 19 February 2022 (UTC)

 Keep File:Mecca at night.jpg because Abraj Al Bait is not main object in this image,  Keep File:CLOCK TOWER FROM SOUR.JPG because Abraj Al Bait is not yet complete at the time the photo was taken.  Delete other photos. Ox1997cow (talk) 15:18, 23 February 2022 (UTC)
