Ikan Kekek, "I don't know Saudi law, but"... soso. Aber vorsorglich mal {{vk}}? Laut saudischem Recht reicht es, dass EIN geschütztes Werk erkennbar abgebildet ist. Nicht alleine, nicht hauptsächlich oder dergleichen. Ein geschǘtztes Werk muss im Bild erkennbar abgebildet sein. - How broadly does this apply? Are you saying that a really huge panorama of a Saudi city which also includes copyrighted buildings cannot be hosted by this site? That standard would go beyond the way we regard pictures of the UAE. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 02:22, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
- Solange noch rechtlich geschützte Bauwerke klar erkennbar dargestellt sind. Panoramas von saudischen Städten sind erlaubt. Nur eben nicht mit den modernen Bauten, wenn diese klar erkennbar dargestellt, man also nicht nur ein Fenster sieht oder etwas im Sonnenuntergang verschwindet. Alleine das Hochhaus rechts ist im Bild klar und deutlich dargestellt. Ebenso der Fahenmmast. Haster2 (talk) 04:37, 20 September 2022 (UTC)

- Keep Alle erkennbaren Bauwerke in dieser Panoramaaufnahme sind Beiwerk. Kein Bauwerk dominiert das Gesamtbild, jedes Bauwerk befindet sich im Hintergrund, bauliche Einzelheiten sind nicht zu erkennen. Darüber hinaus bezweifle ich, dass ein Fahnenmast grundsätzlich schutzfähig ist weil seine (architektonische) Schöpfungshöhe bei 0 liegt. Die Gestaltung der Lichtmasten im Vordergrund waren in der schöpferischen Leistung sicher höher. –Alabasterstein (talk) 13:19, 21 September 2022 (UTC)
