File:Tasmania (Scouts Australia).svg[edit]

Not the current Tasmania Scouts logo (which is this). In case this is a former logo, it is complex enough to be copyrighted and should be prior to 1955 (according to Australian copyright law) to be hosted here. - Fma12 (talk) 12:13, 26 January 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Keep-it doesn't need to be current to be hosted here. The badge you incorrectly call the "current Tasmania Scouts logo" is in fact the national Scout emblem and not indicative of Tasmania at all. State badges were only used in Australia from 1951 to the late 1990s, and this is the only design Tasmania had. At worst, host on en:wikipedia.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 10:44, 28 January 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Pictogram voting comment (orange).svg Comment I referred it as the "Tasmania Scouts" because it is currently displayed at Scouting and Guiding in Tasmania article on the en.Wiki. This is not coat of arms of the state of Tasmania but a scout emblem, and therefore it may be unfree. But let an admin decide about this DR. - Fma12 (talk) 02:23, 29 January 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]
